This is not a perfect 10. In this type of listing it will only allow me to list this as New or Used. I would normally list an item like this as “New other” since it has some damage to the box. It is Factory sealed so it would not be considered used. If I list this as new it has to be undamaged in the original packaging. So I have it listed as used for this reason. The item pictured is the one you will receive. There is some damage to the box. The corners may be slightly bent. The top front has been pushed in at some point, hard enough that the Captain America Pop Up has been separated and by his shoulder it is torn. The side where storm is has a folded area that was pushed in. All the interior card packs are undamaged. The factory wrap is still sealed all the way around except for two small areas that have split. The 2 splits are small and are also common for these. One is on the front left upper corner (photo 9). The other is where it is sealed over Venom by the M in Marvel (photo 12). The wrap itself is a little loose fitting around the top portion since the dimensions have been altered when it was pushed in. I have this listed very fairly and would like to see it go to a collector. I had another box of cards sitting on top of this which straightens out the top and allows it to display better. This item will require a signature confirmation stating that you have received it. This also means that you accept that the package was in good condition when it arrived. This is already factored into the cost of the item. Furthermore if when it arrives there is any damage to the packaging that may have damaged the item inside (crushed corner, side, or split open) Then DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. This will be bubble wrapped, then boxed. That box packed in 4 inches of packing “peanuts” in another larger box to ensure it’s safe arrival. This is where they package it the same way I described above, and guarantee it’s safe arrival. I will try to answer questions as quickly as possible.
