The Box includes 36 Packs with 12 Cards in each pack. (A Full Set is 162 Cards plus 5 Bonus Hologram Cards). All of the major Marvel Universe super heroes are represented in this set, as well as many minor heroes and villains. Additional subsets include Teams, Weapons, Rookies, Arch-Enemies and Legends. Cards have bright and colorful borders and an inner frame with diagonal stripes. The Marvel logo appears at the top of the card and includes the year 1991, (the year the series was produced). The subset is noted on the other side. Keeping with the theme of being a comic equivalent of a sports card, backs have stats, bios and a second small image.
